We collect information to provide better services to all our users. When you register or integrate external tools like Zoom, we collect:

• Account information (Name, email address, user role).
• Zoom integration tokens (access tokens, refresh tokens, and token expiration timestamps) when you authorize our app to schedule meetings.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To schedule virtual online classes on your behalf using your Zoom account.
• To provide class timing and link synchronization across our student and teacher portals.
• To contact you with administrative updates or support messages regarding your account.

3. Data Storage and Security

All information, including Zoom OAuth credentials and access tokens, is stored securely inside our private MySQL database. We employ modern encryption standards and access controls to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of your personal data.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

JSA Academy does not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your Zoom credentials are only exchanged directly with Zoom's official API servers to create and manage classes.

5. Revoking Access

You can unlink your Zoom account at any time. To do this, log in to your settings page in the portal and click the "Disconnect Zoom Account" button. Doing so will immediately delete all stored Zoom tokens from our system.
