By registering on the JSA Academy portal and connecting external services like Zoom, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our portal and the Zoom integration solely for educational purposes, including scheduling classes, hosting online training, or coordinating virtual team meetings. You must not use the platform for any unlawful activities or spamming.

3. Integration with Third-Party Services

Our portal permits you to integrate your personal or institutional Zoom account. By doing so, you grant us permission to act on your behalf via the Zoom API to schedule meetings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own Zoom account credentials.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity occurring under your account or linked Zoom account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Term and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your portal access at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform. You may deactivate the Zoom integration at any time through your settings panel.

6. Limitation of Liability

JSA Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including scheduling failures or Zoom service outages.
